Audio Visual Technician

Duration : 12+ month contract with opportunity extension and / or conversion to permanent employee

Compensation : $35-55 / hr W2

Overview :

Seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician with experience in troubleshooting and installing audio and video systems. This role will primarily focus on setting up and maintaining audio / video conference rooms. The ideal candidate can have a background in various installation environments, including commercial, live events, home, automotive, etc.

Responsibilities : Install and troubleshoot AV equipment in conference rooms.

Respond to support tickets and manage the email / phone support line.

Provide operational support to maintain and improve AV service operations.

Ensure system reliability, manage incidents, and maintain business continuity.

Utilize monitoring tools, automation, and best practices to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
