Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Colonial Heights clinic. This role delivers high-quality ABA services to children in a team-based clinic environment. If youre an experienced and certified RBT youll join a supportive team with consistent hours and opportunities for continued development.

• Location : Colonial Heights VA
• Schedule : MondayFriday 9 : 00 AM6 : 00 PM
• Compensation : $21$26 per hour
• Employment Type : Full-time
• Certification : Active RBT required
• Setting : In-clinic

Required Skills :

Previous experience as a Behavior Technician ABA Therapist RBT or in a similar role supporting children with autism or developmental needs RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain and maintain certification) Strong skills in data collection documentation and communication Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Dedication to delivering high-quality evidence-based care

Required Education :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)Associates or Bachelors degree in psychology education special education child development or related field (preferred)
