Job responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and integrate emerging compute capabilities (., hybrid cloud, edge computing, hardware acceleration) into program roadmaps.
• Own, maintain, and develop program backlogs that support the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on infrastructure features and enhancements.
• Track key program metrics such as cost, capacity, utilization, risk posture, reliability, and performance indicators.
• Guide successful program launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for mission-critical infrastructure services.
