As a Health Learning Program Leader on the Federal Learning team, you will take charge of ensuring effective training delivery at client sites, significantly impacting healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with client leadership to craft targeted learning strategies and project plans aimed at achieving desired business outcomes.
- Oversee and implement single-site learning projects, including curriculum execution, gap identification, tracking milestones, stakeholder communication, and post-project evaluation.
- Innovate solutions to address identified project risks and obstacles, working closely with project leadership as necessary.
- Utilize learning systems to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, providing recommendations for enhancements.
- Manage on-site logistics for training events and learning-related meetings effectively.
- Adapt and execute training strategies to maximize adoption, reduce resistance, and fulfill project objectives.
- Stay informed about changes in deployment and sustainment methodologies.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications :
A minimum of 4 years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, which includes :At least 1 year of experience in healthcare information technology consulting, support, project management, client relationship management, or other client-facing roles.Additional education or work experience relevant to the position.Experience in training project management is essential.U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Tier 3 Public Trust are required due to client contract regulations.Preferred Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is desirable.Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR is a plus.Expectations :
Willingness to travel up to 75% as business needs arise.Availability for additional or irregular hours as required by operational demands.Adhere to corporate and organizational security policies, understanding your responsibility in protecting both corporate and client assets.Fulfill additional duties as assigned.Disclaimer :

Compensation and Benefits :
The hiring range for this position is from $71,200 to $158,200 annually, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
