Job Title : Instructional Designer

Location : Draper, UT - ( Hybrid : In-office Mon, Tue, Thu)

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain engaging learning materials for various departments.
• Ensure training content aligns with our client's brand and enhances learner experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and success metrics.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects, prioritizing effectively.
• Track and report on learning metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Work independently on projects, facilitating training sessions as needed.
