We are a mid-sized, growing, family-owned business looking to add another office member to our team.

Position is full-time Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Spring and Fall are our busy seasons!

Previous office experience needed. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets.

*Does not require any in-person customer interaction.*

Duties include:Schedule both residential and commercial customers

Use Google Docs / company software database / scheduling system to coordinate date / time / locations for jobs

Collaborate with other Scheduling staff - must work well as a part of a team!

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
