Restaurant Assistant Manager – Fast Casual (No Late Nights)

$48,000–$65,000 DOE | Benefits | PTO | 401k

e’re hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, lead teams, and deliver strong guest experiences in a fast casual / full-service restaurant environment .

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching teams, running great shifts, and growing their career with a stable, well-established restaurant brand.

(Restaurant locations - Maryland suburbs. Ideal for candidates commuting from Silver Spring, Bowie, Capitol Heights, Beltsville, and surrounding areas.)

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations

Lead FOH and BOH teams during high-volume shifts

Coach, train, and motivate team members

Assist with scheduling, hiring, and onboarding

Monitor labor, sales, and basic P&L metrics

Support catering orders and local events

Maintain brand standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality

Qualifications

1+ year of salaried restaurant management experience

Background in QSR, fast casual, or full-service restaurants

Stable work history

Strong guest-service mindset and leadership presence

Comfortable with scheduling and basic financials

Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
