Pay Rate : $24.81–$25.92 / hr
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Assignment Duration : 2-month contract

POSITION SUMMARY
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests within a designated facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and supports workplace operations, events, vendors, and day-to-day office services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols and procedures
- Answer phones professionally and assist with presentations or speaking to groups as needed
- Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of internal stakeholders
- Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services
- Support mail services, office supply management, and onboarding activities
- Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers with a customer service–driven approach
- Organize and manage onsite events, including space reservations, room setup / teardown, and supply delivery
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure building safety
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace
- Manage calendars, reservations, and scheduling needs
- Follow established procedures to solve routine issues with limited discretion

Strong client-facing and customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to follow standard work routines and proceduresStrong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindsetBasic computer proficiency
