Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with 10+ years of experience to drive user-centered design strategies across innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX research, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping, with the ability to collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive and visually engaging experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design lifecycle including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support user-centric decision making.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, information architecture diagrams, and UI specifications.
- Ensure consistency through design systems, reusable components, and UX standards aligned with Acuity Brands' digital ecosystem.
- Present design concepts, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive and simple user experiences for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Analyze user feedback, performance metrics, and usability studies to iterate on designs.
- Guide, mentor, and provide UX best practices to junior designers and team members.
- Work closely with development teams during implementation to maintain design integrity and user experience quality.
