Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to enhance their technical and operational health
Provide a single point of accountability for assigned customer portfolios, facilitating regular communication and support
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the product team
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development, databases, and APIs
Experience in project management and managing multiple customer accounts
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating educational materials for customers
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
