• Total 10+ years of Quality Assurance managing end to end testing engagements
• Own quality and its outcomes
• oversee the entire quality assurance process and recommend improvements
• leverage best practices for process improvement, improving test coverage, and time to market
• Should have good communication and Analytical skills
• Ensure completion of testing activities as per testing schedule, Manage all aspects of the quality assurance process while identifying and suggesting enhancements.
• Provide functional testing status, metrics, reports to Test Manager
• Identify Regression test cases and build Regression suite as required
• Work with automation team to provide functional knowledge of business process flows
