Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop a robust sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Sales Execution: Lead the sales effort by setting aggressive targets and developing plans to achieve them.
• Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to generate new leads, close deals and expand our customer base.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Team Building: Recruit, train and mentor a high performing sales and marketing team.
• Sales Processes: Implement effective sales processes and best practices to ensure the team's success.
• Marketing Leadership: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product offerings and capabilities.
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of the sales and marketing initiatives.
• Executive Updates: Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress toward growth objectives.
