We Offer :

  • The salary range is $60,000 to $90,000, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses.
  • Employee can structure their day and routing
  • No weekends, late nights, or evenings
  • Quality leads and a powerful CRM tool to help you succeed
  • All leads are provided, and you have the freedom to choose your sales appointments and schedule
  • Paid holidays and paid time off

    • Typical Day of a Territory Sales Representative

  • You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
  • During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...

    • Build rapport with the property manager

  • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
  • Educate on our services and book repairs
  • Reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks may be completed from home
  • Ten-minute check-in with the Owner

    • Hiring Process

  • Within 24 hours, A live team member will reach out to all applicants
  • Within 48 hours : Well schedule an in-person interview
  • Within 7 days : The hiring process is typically complete

    • Requirements

  • Strong rapport skills and persistence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be located in the Chicagoland area

    Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything!

  • Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
  • Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and odor-free in under two hours.
