Harris ML Group / MDM Flawless Finish is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

• This ad hires for multiple facilities in this location. Accounts pay a flat rate

Responsibilities :

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Work Mon / Wed / Fri or Tue / Thurs / Fri

Qualifications :

• Must be available to work after 5pm
• Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Must be able to work indenpendently
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
