Additional Compensation : The salary for this position includes base pay commensurate with experience plus commissions / bonuses : $4,500 Quarterly Bonus ($18,000) $300 monthly zero delinquency bonus ($3,600) Annual certification bonus Medical, dental, vision $25,000 life insurance policy 6% company match retirement plan 4 weeks paid time off 11 paid holidays $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
