The Role: Your Responsibilities

• Become a Key Advisor: You will provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts across various industries.
• Lead Complex Projects: Take the lead on reviewing complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Play a critical role in managing, coaching, and developing a team of talented tax professionals.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Work closely with partners on business development, client relations, and project realization.

What We're Looking For

• A Proven Leader: You must have personnel management experience and a passion for developing others.
• Technical Expertise: A CPA with at least 7 years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strategic & Client-Focused: Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to client service.
• Excellent Communicator: You can confidently interact with all levels of management and clients.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystems fx) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
