Your responsibilities will include :

• Implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, and performing necessary treatments and procedures while documenting all actions as per company policy and legal requirements.
• Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and responses to the provided care.
• Applying sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administering over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guiding ancillary personnel while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
