A company is looking for a Chatbot Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Expand and maintain LLM-powered generative actions and improve model prediction accuracy
Design and document bot instructions aligned with brand voice and escalation logic
Collaborate cross-functionally on experiments, supported languages, and API integrations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience building or optimizing customer support bots or virtual agents in production
Experience with LLM-powered bots and hybrid ML + LLM models
Experience improving bot KPIs using data-driven iteration
Hands-on experience with at least one bot / vendor platform (e.g., Ada, Boost, Dialogflow)
Experience instrumenting and monitoring bot performance using tools like Looker or SQL
