Role Overview

As our Aircraft Sales Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational engine that keeps complex aircraft deals moving. You’ll manage communication, documentation, timelines, and milestones across Sales, Technical, Research, Marketing, and external partners.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities 1. Project Administration (30%)

• Maintain project trackers, internal checklists, and client files.
• Create and organize digital project folders.
• Schedule internal and external calls; prepare agendas and summaries.
• Maintain ClickUp project records and internal forms.
• Manage version control for proposals, LOIs, and agreements.
