A company is looking for a Senior Technical Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide intermediary technical support via phone, email, or workflow applications for installation and service requests
Complete hardware repair and programming for PC-based systems, including customer specifications
Create, update, and maintain department resources and customer databases
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of help desk support experience
1 year of experience in the low voltage, security, and surveillance industry
Intermediate networking and hardware knowledge; CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft programs and knowledge of Unix / Linux operating systems
