Key Responsibilities

Defines and develops brokerage policies and strategies to enhance business performance

Advises the executive leadership team on technical brokerage queries and strategic decisions

Leads merger and acquisition activities, overseeing potential acquisition targets and partnerships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management

15+ years of work experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance, Sales, or Risk Management

7+ years of management experience preferred

Experience in related disciplines or commensurate work experience considered
