Insurance Defense Attorney

A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Defend commercial transportation and trucking matters, including cases

Handle auto liability, premises liability, and construction defect cases from inception through resolution

Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare cases for trial or mediation

Required Qualifications

Approximately 8+ years of relevant litigation experience as an insurance defense attorney

Substantial experience in commercial transportation and trucking defense

Background in handling premises liability and construction defect matters

Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Comfortable working fully remote with strong organization and case management skills
