We have full-time positions available. Your role is to provide quality sales and customer service via email, phone, and text to the thousands of customers in the Midwest.


Must have strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to learn new systems and protocols on a computer, be tech-literate, and be adaptable to technology.


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales growth through account management strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for account management
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients
- Provide technical sales support to customers


Experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership abilities to drive results and motivate teams
- Business development expertise to identify growth opportunities
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities
