Key Responsibilities

Implement evidence-based blood pressure control practices and provide related education

Support health outcome improvements through community partner collaboration and nutrition security initiatives

Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and community partners to achieve collective impact goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in public health or related fields preferred

Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently and in teams

Commitment to improving rural health outcomes

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Ability to manage large projects and events while ensuring compliance with deadlines
