[job_card.job_description]M / S Tele Float RN with 2+ years of recent cardiac experience. Expectation for Cardiac Caths and cardiac patients on PCU. Experience with cardiac patients required. EPIC experience required. Travelers must already have ACLS certification from prior positions; obtaining it to be compliant is not acceptable. 2+ years cardiac experience. Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Rhode Island nursing license (compact state). Nursys report within 30 days. Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam (must score 80% or higher). Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening (must score 80% or higher). Prime Education Verification. DCI / BVP certification or equivalent. COVID-19 vaccine and booster or declination completed. Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer). Annual respirator fit test. Hepatitis B vaccination or declination policy compliance. Influenza vaccine or declination (October 1-May 31). TB test. Driver's license, State ID, or Passport. Varicella vaccination or immunity. Tdap vaccination (declinations not accepted). Physical / Health statement annually, must state clear to work. Prime OIG check. Prime Core Competencies Exam (must score 80% or higher). Prime Skills Checklist. Prime Color-blind test (updated annually). Prime Criminal Background Check within one year. Prime Agency Attestation. Prime SAM / EPLS search for excluded individuals. Prime Form I-9 (employment eligibility verification). Prime Specialty Exam (must score 80% or higher). Prime Facility Documents. Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days for CA locations. Prime Resume. Two professional references. Name Verification Affidavit if name discrepancies. Prime Orientation Packet including Essentials Form and Post Test. Every other weekend required. Weekend requirement for night shift is every other Friday and Saturday night. Telemetry Unit (M / S Tele Float). Cardiac Cath and PCU patient care experience required. Submission must be in one PDF including ACLS, BLS, Cover Sheet, Resume, Skills Checklist, 2 References, License / Certification, and Nursys Report (within 30 days). Travelers must have ACLS certification from prior positions; obtaining it to be compliant is not acceptable. Submission must include current BLS or ACLS certifications or license verification.
