Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced () is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician (IM Physician or FM Physician) to join our growing multispecialty group in Merced, California . Outpatient-Only Primary Care Practice - Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population in an established and growing outpatient clinic

What We Offer

Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance

Salary Range : $250-290k annually + productivity incentives

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $125k

Residency Stipend : $24k

Relocation Assistance : Up to $20k

Annual Quality Bonus : Up to $30k

Job Requirements

MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA certification

Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures

Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
