SUMMARY

The Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in developing and growing long-term partnerships with health plans. This role is responsible for managing internal and external projects pertinent to health plan partners, supporting customer relationship management, supporting financial performance of the partnership, and executing initiatives at the health plan partners that drive performance on the corporate scorecard. The Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships will work across the organization and collaborate with Belong Health's operational leadership to ensure partnership goals are met, as well as Belong Health's organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relationship Management and Partnership Development

Build, nurture, and expand trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers at health plans

Define and execute initiatives key to achieving strategic growth at each account

Drive governance forums to achieve partnership goals, advance strategic initiatives, and enhance collaboration

Effectively, lead project management or analysis for up to 3 concurrent internal projects that are tied to performance on the corporate scorecard

SALARY

$130,000-$178,000
