Job Type : Full-Time (On-Site)

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 8 : 15 AM - 5 : 15PM & Friday, 8 : 15 AM - 6 : 15PM

Compensation : $23.00 - $26.00 / hourly (Depending on Experience)

Are you passionate about helping people? TENCU is seeking a motivated and personable Teller Supervisor to oversee operations at our Rivergate branch. This entry-level supervisory role ensures smooth teller line operations, exceptional member service, and achievement of branch goals through referrals and cross-selling.

What You'll Do : With a dedication to a member centric approach

• Supervise teller line operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary adjustments
• Maintain interior and exterior Credit Union assets, equipment, supplies, facilities and grounds
• Communicate regularly with staff and leadership on goals and performance
• Support community outreach and marketing efforts
• Monitor and report on branch transactions, corrections, and audits
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit
• Assist with operational reporting and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned (please note this role may sometimes work more than 40 hours a week.
