Salary Range: $18/hr.
Schedule: Tuesday Thursday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview:

• 
  Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  
• 
  Update and maintain accurate patient charts and records
  
• 
  Verify insurance details before appointments
  
• 
  Collect billing information and process payments
  
• 
  Answer and direct phone calls as needed
  

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• 
  2-3 years experience in an eye care setting preferred
  
• 
  2-3 years of medical scheduling experience
  
• 
  2-3 years of charting experience
  
• 
  Strong customer service and communication skills
  
• 
  Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  
• 
  Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry
