Experience working with school-age children and teens. Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. A commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with integrity and compassion. $2,500 Signing Bonus Competitive $60 / hour contract rate. Kona Medical Consulting is actively looking for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Pontiac, Michigan.

Location : 2284 S. Ballenger Hwy, Flint, MI
Compensation : $60 per hour | Contract Position
Bonus : $2,500 Signing Bonus

We are expanding our center-based services and seeking a committed BCBA who values collaboration, inclusivity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
- Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor data and client progress, updating treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain documentation consistent with BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture.
