Responsibilities include :
De-obligating / decreasing purchase orders.Reviewing Draft Requests for Proposal (DRFP) requests.Emailing orders to vendors.Requesting and following up on Mayer's Office of Contract Services (MOCS).Doing Business Data forms / W-9.Tracking vendor updates.Providing purchase order copies for Furniture & Equipment invoices, and processing advance check requests.
