Summary - Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager directs, coordinates and supervises the sales activities of a defined territory with a selective distribution channel as well as end user markets and the local engineering community controlling specifications. Number of openings at each level is determined by Vice President of Sales.

Education and / or Experience - Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; one to two years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills - Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently.
