Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and licensed Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our premier aesthetics practice. The Cosmetic NP will be responsible for providing a range of non-surgical cosmetic and dermatological treatments, conducting thorough patient consultations, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction. This role requires clinical expertise, an artistic eye, and exceptional patient care skills.

Responsibilities :

Perform Aesthetic Procedures : Deliver expert non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to :
Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Xeomin, Dysport)
Dermal filler injections (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra)
Patient Consultation and Assessment :

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess concerns, evaluate skin condition, and understand desired outcomes.

Develop and implement individualized, safe, and effective treatment plans.

Obtain and document detailed medical history and informed consent.

Maintain Clinical Excellence :

Adhere strictly to all medical guidelines, safety protocols, and practice standards.

Manage and treat potential complications that may arise from aesthetic procedures.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).

Patient Education and Follow-up : Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, product recommendations, and the expected results and timeline of their treatments. Perform follow-up assessments as needed.

Collaboration and Training :

Work closely with supervising physician(s) and other clinical staff.

Participate in training and continuing education to stay current with new techniques, products, and equipment in the aesthetics field.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
