[job_card.job_description]Board-certified / eligible nurse practitioner. Enjoy a flexible schedule that balances work and personal life. Most prioritize family or outdoor time and support each other by covering shifts when needed. Manage complex cases in a semi-open ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage. Perform procedures as per your privileges (procedures are not required). Participate in team huddles at least three times a week and a monthly all-staff meeting to stay connected with practice updates, hospital-related topics, and developments within Sound Physicians. Attend monthly educational CME meetings and hospital-wide hospital medicine committee meetings. Collaborate with Hospitalist APPs, who independently manage pre-op patients in a clinical setting, with support from supervising physicians and staff. We are hiring for a Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
