As a Sharps Technician Lead, you will oversee on-site placement, collection, and maintenance of reusable sharps and medical waste containers while ensuring compliance, efficient service delivery, and exceptional customer service. You will also lead onboarding and training for new hires, support problem-solving initiatives, and assist with service schedule management.
