Credit and Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Representative 1, Credit & Collections - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for past due accounts

Follow national credit and collection policies and applicable regulations

Process customer payments and manage delinquent accounts, including scheduling disconnects

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

0-2 years of relevant work experience

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Experience in a remote work environment is preferred

Familiarity with credit and collection regulations
