Summary
Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant SiteLeader in Williamson County in Franklin working to support Oak View and Winstead Elementary Schools.
Assistant SiteLeaders assist with managing and supporting the day-to-day operation at assigned school locations. They provide onsite leadership, and child care support, and assist with scheduling, planning, and other administrative tasks as required. Required hours are 6 : 15-9 : 00 a.m. and 3 : 00-6 : 00 p.m. with additional requiredadministrative hours during the day, for an average of 8 hours per day. This is a 40-hour-per-week position. During school breaks, assistant site leaders must be available for 8-hour shifts between 6 : 15 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. The well-qualified applicant should have child care, management, andadministrative experience.
- This is an hourly position paying between $36,895 and $48,212 a year, based on experience

Duties
Responsibilities for the position include
Overseeing before and after school programming for students in K through fifth gradeSupervising staff and studentsCreating staff and student schedulesCommunicating with parentsMaintaining DOE state complianceBuilding relationships with students, staff, parents, and school adminParticipating in the leadership development training and team meetingsRequirements
Requirements for the position include
High School diploma, degree preferredSuccessfully pass a background checkCurrent First Aid / CPR certification (can be obtained after hire)18 years of age or olderPrevious childcare experienceNice To Haves
