Schedule Details : Night shifts (8 and 12 hours) with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Post-operative care for craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and strokes.High-volume cases related to spine procedures and medical overflow.Your Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes.Maintain open communication with patients and families for a positive experience.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.Completion of an accredited nursing program.1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Proficient in patient care, assessment, and planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues.Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift patients, perform transfers, and endure a fast-paced clinical environment. Exposure to hazardous materials and the need for personal protective equipment may be required.
