About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Process Engineer to join our leading manufacturing this role you will have the chance to directly improve production processes maintain high-quality standards and contribute to innovation within a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

  • Drive and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency safety and product quality.
  • Offer daily technical assistance to plant operations including troubleshooting process and equipment issues with a focus on PLC systems.
  • Review process changes specifications and materials to ensure they meet standards and consistency.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and plant staff.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical abilities excellent communication and a hands-on proactive approach.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
