Marzoni's Brick Oven and Brewing Co. is famous for our homemade brick oven pizza, which is only possible with our dedicated pizza staff. We are currently seeking passionate, creative cooks who are looking to perfect their craft and provide our customers with a memorable experience in our restaurant, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. Job Description :

• Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
• Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of walls, floors, drains and shelves.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets.
• Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough.
• Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard – open kitchen.
• Performing other duties as assigned or directed.
