ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead technical architecture and integrations for a single-instance ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in custom integration implementations, ITSM architecture, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive platform maturity and deliver complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect
• 3+ years custom integrations within ServiceNow (not just out-of-the-box or documentation-driven)
• 10+ years overall relevant experience with full-cycle ServiceNow implementations
• Strong knowledge of ITSM Architecture experience
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across business units

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00 / hr.
