THE JOB
The Territory Account Executive will manage and grow a large existing book of business across Indiana and Michigan, with the majority of established activity centered near Indianapolis. The role combines account management with new business development. You will run virtual meetings with coaches and activity leaders, guide them through fundraising launches, maintain strong relationships, and expand the territory through proactive outreach and referrals. Most meetings are virtual, though occasional in-person visits help accelerate growth. The workload is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong organization and communication.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in high-volume SaaS, EdTech, youth sports, or related high-velocity environments
Strong outbound skills and comfort building pipeline
Tech-savvy with CRM and virtual demo proficiency
Highly organized and capable of managing a large workload
Experience selling to schools, sports programs, or youth organizations is beneficial
Background in athletics or coaching is a plus but not required
Strong communicator who can guide nontechnical buyers
Competitive, driven, and motivated personality
Comfortable with light regional travel
