As a Deloitte Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing innovative business and technology solutions. Senior Managers play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's trajectory and growth across several key areas :

• Business Development : Build and nurture relationships with decision makers at leading organizations, organize and lead pursuit teams, and drive the proposal process with a focus on creative pricing strategies that set Deloitte apart.

Qualifications Required : 10+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience, 4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams, ServiceNow CSA, along with one other major module CIS certification, 2 or more full life cycle ServiceNow implementations, 2 or more ServiceNow upgrade deployments, experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), experience in ITIL Framework, 3+ years' experience as an engagement manager, project scoping, estimating, and planning experience, sales experience, bachelor's degree, must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future, ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve.

Preferred : Leveraging ServiceNow platform to drive operational efficiency via automation, GenAI, Agentic AI solutions, experience working across multiple geographies and time-zones, ability to manage senior client relationships and project delivery with proper delivery governance, CMA / CTA certification, experience collaborating and developing client relationships, developing new opportunities with clients, and identifying engagement follow-on opportunities for continuous improvement, 4+ years business development experience selling 3+ year deals and offering structure and support for those deals, industry experience in either : Consumer, Financial Services, Life Sciences Health Care, Technology Media and Telecom, Energy Resources and Industrial, advanced degree preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,700 to $264,900.
