Anticipated Salary Range : $69,885.00 - $100,000.00.

The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. Job Description Enlighten is looking for Project Coordinator to help support our Program Managers with support on our USMC programs. Will work directly with senior management providing any support to the project; i.e. customer interaction, schedule support, budgeting support, timekeeping support, taking meeting notes, etc. Work is performed in a hybrid environment with a great team supporting our USMC customer in Columbia and Ft. Meade, MD.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project / Program Managers (PM) on government contracts.
• Will interact with all levels within the organization from engineers, to senior management.
• Help update / maintain the project / program schedule.
• Attend meetings and take meeting minutes on a regular basis.
• Interact with government customers.
• Will help the PM with the project budgets, timekeeping, and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.
