Business Process Reengineering Analyst (s) Minimum Qualifications a. Three (3) years' experience analyzing business processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities focused on optimal throughput. b. Three (3) years' experience developing as-is and to-be business process models and identifying gaps between the two models.

c. Three (3) years' experience developing implementation plans to transition program staff from the as-is state to the optimal to-be state. d. Three (3) years' experience authoring complex reports and technical documents, and documenting lessons learned for business process reengineering projects.
