A company is looking for a Code Attorney to ensure clients' laws are legally sound and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise codifications / recodifications and standalone legal reviews
Review legislation for conflicts, inconsistencies, and obsolete provisions
Prepare legal memoranda and work with clients to implement revisions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of professional experience in law or legal research, focusing on local government law
Admission to a State Bar
Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy with a focus on quality work
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong computer literacy (Windows, Word, Outlook)
