School Smiles On-Site Dental is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Greenwood, IN! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a fast-growing, mission-driven dental organization dedicated to bringing smiles to students across multiple states.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and manage diverse business responsibilities, including supervising and training staff, managing dental clinic schedules, and supporting the performance of a multi-state division. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple sites and states.
- Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Create and manage schedules, payroll, and other HR-related functions.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered operations.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team culture.
- Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and leadership across the organization.
Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory or regional manager experience in healthcare or dental office management.Proven success managing multi-site operations and overseeing staff in multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with scheduling and payroll systems (Paycom preferred).Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service excellence.Preferred Qualifications
