The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Automotive Industry and possess unmatched accounting, financial and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Reviewing and analyzing financial and operational information that affect the dealership’s overall performancePreparing and reviewing monthly financial and operational reporting packagesConducting financial field auditsMaintaining accurate financial recordsReconciling daily bank depositsDeveloping and implementing dealership financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsManaging inventory control policies and proceduresProviding guidance and direction to other financial staffDeveloping accurate financial forecastsRepresenting the dealership at banking and other financial institutionsCommunicating financial information to managers, staff, and other stakeholdersRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related fieldMin. 5 years’ experience in a top-tier Accounting & Finance department in the automotive industry preferredCPA / MBA credentials preferredStrong working knowledge of finance and accounting principlesHands-on experience with tracking budget expensesAdvanced MS Excel skillsExperience with financial softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to fluently present complex data to stakeholdersTime management skills with the ability to work independently and multitaskExcellent customer service skillsFrontier Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
