Job Description :

We Are Seeking a qualified Technical Business Analyst to support the modernization of a large-scale data and information system environment. This role focuses on improving data quality, accessibility, and usability to support data-driven decision-making and improved outcomes. The position will contribute to web-based application development, system integration, and the creation of dashboards and reports that enhance accuracy and usability for a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation, analysis, and documentation of detailed business and technical requirements
• Analyze business problems and opportunities and propose effective, documented solutions
• Author, maintain, and deliver internal and external documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate stakeholder needs into formal requirements and technical specifications
• Document current-state systems, business rules, workflows, and operational processes
• Construct workflow charts, system diagrams, data flows, and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, developers, and stakeholders across multiple business units
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders
• Bridge communication between business and technical audiences by translating complex concepts clearly
• Support system improvements by evaluating outputs, formats, and operational objectives
• Develop high-quality documentation for business manuals, training materials, user guides, system guides, and new system development
• Create and manage test cases and support quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities
