This is a unique opportunity to craft innovative cocktail menus, curate exceptional wine lists, and oversee all aspects of beverage operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative, high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant's unique concept.
• Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence in service.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the overall dining experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the beverage program.
• Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
